local art museum where you pay by the number of rooms you want to visit. they total the room fee for total access, but not possible as most rooms were not open! interesting collection of russian minor works.

Ridiculously expensive for the size and quality of the exhibitions. (Between 150 and 300 RUB per room, for foreigners). Barely any English. The Sami-culture part is a tasteless joke (no explanations, and barely one show-case). The staff (as usual) can barely speak any English. Not recommended.
