I would like to share my impressions of the cheese it Bakery. I ordered a cake there as a gift. What can I say? On my request to send me a photo of the finished cake, they refused me. They said that the photo is taken only for myself, and I have the right to know, I paid money for this and not small ones. As a result, they brought me a cake of a completely different color !!! I am disappointed ! I will not order anything else there!

The cake tasted awful. It's just disgustingly sour. Instead of "wild berries", there is a thick layer of solid sour black currant. More than half had to be thrown away on the third day, since for two days, starting from her birthday, I suffered from stomach pain after several spoons of such a cake. Nobody could eat it. For some reason, the berries, covered with gold paint, turned out to be terribly bitter. The plate with congratulations is sloppy, the layer of berries is somewhere thinner, somewhere thicker. 3000 rubles in the trash. The price does not correspond to the quality at all! Worst cake in my life. I am both upset and the giver, who so gladly handed me this cake ... We wrote them a complaint, because they don't seem to care about the reviews. Imagine, they offered to return 30% of the cost for the cake! For almost completely discarded cake, negative emotions on a holiday, for damage to health. Yes, even 100% would not cover the damage. We insisted on a full refund. In response, I could supplement the reviews that, despite their jambs, they went forward to keep the client and save face. But.. They say that, allegedly, they interviewed customers and they liked the same taste of the cake. Yes, of course, they asked! And what do I care if some mythical buyers liked their "cake"? The main thing is that we didn't like it. Is this somehow supposed to indicate that we are wrong? Even if so, why did they not like us so much, what exactly did they slip such muck on us?) "I didn't like the taste"! We didn’t like the taste, it was UNEADY! I am surprised at their impudence.

I made an order with my mom for her birthday: a mousse cake (home) and 16 keypops (for mom to work with colleagues) Waited for the courier from 10 to 13, arrived at 12:40 and did not bring the entire order! They just forgot 8 keypops and I waited for them for 3 hours! (Keycops were needed before 2:00 p.m.) How's that? During this time, they could be cooked, since they should not go to me for more than 30 minutes. The courier who brought the order refused to go for the forgotten part. "I will not go, wait for another" - cool to hear. When FINALLY everything reached me, cake time in the evening, another disappointment awaited me ... CAKE cracked in my refrigerator! How? So many subscribers, so many orders, and the cooking technology is broken? The mood was terrible! It is really tasty here, but it can easily ruin your impressions and frustrate plans here. Do not get fooled by this beautiful instagram.

I ordered through ig, immediately responded, everyone talked about the fillings, helped me choose without nuts, maybe the kids have an allergy. They advised about side effects from the use of dyes in one or another brightness. We agreed on everything. They told me how to get a discount for the first order. Agreed on pickup. Very helpful admin. 4 stars for decoration. I had an inscription for an additional fee and asked to add decorated, which are included in the price, so as not to be boring. But it was boring, unfortunately. Spectacular pictures didn’t work out as planned :( but the taste is just a bomb !!! We had red velvet, chocolate delicate ganache👌

I liked very much that you can order a set of possible fillings for the cake in order to try and understand what kind of filling you want. It costs only 400 r, deliciously insanely 🤤, I have already noticed for myself several tastes of the birthday stuffing! Thanks for the opportunity Cheeseit 💕
