Why was it built. REAL SASOS DO NOT LEAVE SASOVO

Disgusting experience! No service. Ticket offices are all closed, before buying a train ticket, it stood for 40 minutes. There is no banal coffee machine. Ryazan froze on the train, wanted to warm up, drink hot tea, so it was impossible to do this in the nearest radius of the station. There used to be a cafe at the station, now it is not. In general, rzhd-everything is for people!
