A good place. Normal office

Consulting company. They work with large companies around the world. The management is excellent, I liked it. Contact, simple, positive, next to the people ... BUT on the functional it is in itself a little fictitious. The international matrix structure spoils everything! In the company - a constant staff turnover, all what before the downtrodden and loaded. A lot of introvert in the team. Someone is just evil and negative in itself ... Who comes positive - a week later becomes depressed and indifferent (This is not an opinion but an observation). Do not save any free fruit, no coffee, no nuts, no white zp. neither positive HR, nothing. 🤔 Very fond of procedures are pleased procedures. Many managers from other countries are afraid of business. Panic, shaking and all this panic falls on the employee! Manager on the manager. If you as an employee earned 10 pluses and 1 minus, everyone will be guided by this minus! It finishes. The feeling that everyone is waiting while you stumble to then point at you with your finger and pretend that they want to teach you how to walk! 😁 In general, I did not like it.
