The square on Vorovskogo Street was called the "Musical Alley" after online voting - at first it was just a popular name. Next to the square are the College of Art and the Regional Philharmonic Society, so music is almost constantly heard on it. Also, the people call the alley "The Alley of Love", the Heart Alley. It is decorated with a paving path laid out of pavers, as well as neon arches in the form of hearts.
