Europcar Russia

I have lived in Russia a long time, never have I received such rude service. Made a booking online, after waiting a little while apparently my Russian number wasn't ringing through. Rather than trying to rectify the situation I was very rudely treated and turned away. Passport and drivers licence slammed down and promptly told to "get out". As I say, I'm an expat working in Russia 5 years already, but this awful behaviour is something else. Go with Avis, they're so much better mannered and the prices are BETTER too

Nice and affordable

We rented a car this summer, unfortunately, the choice was small - apparently the season for rental companies. The car was given a good one, without much damage. Just a few hours before the return, we realized that it would be more convenient for us to return the car in the city. They called the office and oh, miracle, a few hours later a guy came to us for a car. The service, although not free (1200 rubles), but nonetheless proved to be very convenient for us! In general, I recommend this company if you want to get good service at an affordable price.

Before buying a car I really wanted to test the car in daily use, but the dealer gave only a few hours, so I had to look for the right car in the rental offices. Surprisingly, Kodiak ended up in this company only. The price, of course, bites, but what to do? The car was given a new one, both from the passenger compartment. The service is surprisingly very good for Russia. So I advise if you need a car to travel anywhere P.S. eventually bought a car from a dealer!

Great and convenient place to take a car, parking nearby, there is always plenty to choose from. Near the MCC and Metro. Prices are normal!
