I was excited at first, nevertheless the ”Finish ride” button is implemented in some weird way, that when I pressed ”Finish ride” it put the car on wait without my knowledge. I only found out that it happened 6 hours later because my bank started sending me notifications. The money for the wait were not returned. Seems like a fraud to me.

If you are in Moscow for the first time, Belkacar is your best example of what to expect from services around. Terrible service, bogus security department that supposedly checks your documents. They declined my KY driver’s license and passport without an explanation. What could they check? Did they call the DMV? Funny. I truly believe I discriminated against because I am from the United States. Anyway I don’t feel bad after all after reading some of the reviews that locals are posting. Before you try renting this “INNOVATION”, read the posts, google will translate them.

I was driving from a business trip on 10/12/2020 in my own car. I arrived late. In the morning I discovered that they had written off 1000 rubles. for car booking. I contacted support. The answer was that I had booked the car and even examined it. - Brad! After all, this is erroneous, even in the back seat you cannot press reservation and inspection on the phone. They said that they would remove the reservation. They took it off! They took it off with the money! Total minus 1600 rubles. Refunds were denied. I didn't book a car! Moreover, I have not examined the car! I have all the supporting data that at that moment I was in a completely different place. Who booked? Who examined the car? I don't know. It means that you and your security service are absolutely not working! Solve this question! After reading the reviews, I understood how this operator can still make money!)))
