For some reason, they decided that, since the minibus is packed, then it is possible to set the intervals of movement from 12 to 22 minutes, depending on the time! Well, today 06/06/2017 the interval was as much as 30 minutes! I was at the Metro Novogireevo stop at 21: 26. The minibus arrived at 21: 56. I want to note that at that time there were no traffic jams, and three empty minibuses were just standing in front of us! You just oh .... whether, no more words.
