Unfortunately, I can not help but leave my feedback on the completely unprofessional and frankly even boorish work of the manager of this institution - Eugene. Hope this review reads the guide and takes action. I have been to Louis more than once in the common room and was left under a very pleasant impression both from the work of the sound engineers and the atmosphere and cuisine in general. And so I decide to celebrate my birthday in this karaoke restaurant, remembering this very excellent atmosphere. Having contacted the manager by phone on the site, I discuss all the conditions. Including a deposit for a VIP room. Some time after the approval of all the conditions, a hellish cork fee for my alcohol in the amount of 1000 rubles per bottle was announced to me. Provided that a good bottle of wine itself costs so much and even cheaper. Realizing that these conditions do not suit me, I SOUND IT AND REFUSE the Hall. I emphasize - I refused, because this does not suit me, where, in addition to a considerable deposit, you have to pay exorbitant prices for your own wine. Everyone works as best they can, I looked at other options for myself. A few hours later, Eugene again gets in touch and announces new (!) Conditions to me. They say, Natalya, let's go to meet you and provide you with good wine for X rubles, as you wanted. End of quote. I say, okay, let's do it, but send pzhlst wine options. Then Eugene disappears for more than a week and apparently completely forgets about wine-cinema-dominoes. At the same time, we have a verbal agreement to pay for the reservation in the near future and pre-order the menu. After reaching the manager a few days later, I remind you that I am waiting for an agreement on the wine. In response, I get, as they say, "on the dump" one version of dry and one white with the phrase "there are these options." There is no question of any choice. And most importantly, a new price suddenly falls out, almost 1.5 times more expensive. At the same time, wine costs, excuse me, 500 rubles per bottle. Not that cool. Bravo! Approach 10 out of 10 !!! To my legitimate questions and even indignation (what is there to hide) - how is it, you yourself offered me these conditions, and now you give me the back - comrade Eugene begins to whip some kind of fever about the fact that the institution needs to survive and he is not at all I came up with it all. I am not me and the house is not mine. If they say you want for the same price, take the Chilean one (the cost of the proposed options is three hundred rubles, if that). At the end of all this trash, Eugene "takes offense" at my legitimate claims and dumps something in the spirit of "well, then bring it down to another place." It's very cool to dump somewhere else 1.5 weeks before the holiday, despite the fact that I refused other options, because there was an agreement here on your own new conditions. An arrangement that they preferred to just wipe with * facepalm *. Well, in general, if you consider this to be NORMAL COMMUNICATION with a client and, moreover, it is normal to substitute people like this on the eve of a holiday, then of course I cannot share this opinion with you. I do not know who reads the reviews here, but I hope at least something will turn over in the head of such "effective managers" and their leadership as well.

Nice place, but not cheap, 1500 deposit. Good DJ, karaoke. You can sing, dance.

Great establishment! I like the interior, the spaciousness of the halls, the kitchen. I don't really like cocktails - too much ice, they taste diluted.
