Was the first time today at about 19.00. Very clean, modern, nicely decorated for the New Year. There is a large TV on the wall. Self service here. I took borscht with beans, Bulgarian turkey meatball and stewed vegetables with tomato sauce for a side dish. Everything is fresh, tastes very decent. I paid 330 rubles for everything. I didn't take bread and drink. The borsch was warm, but there is a microwave in the hall and I warmed it up. Very cute design inside. All liked it. The city center is decent and inexpensive as it is. I will visit more often. All liked it.
