To begin with, since 2013 I have been working for an individual entrepreneur, and everything was fine until the time came for maternity leave, and later, for parental leave. At the beginning of my parental leave, my employer was served by the Reporting Center in the Kirov branch. My husband and I were forced to hand over all copies of the documents and the original statements in several copies and duplicate them several times by sending them by e-mail, because the documents were lost with enviable regularity. And people were doing different things of my boss (in turn), not transferring information and documentation to each other (either a certain Olga, then Natalya ...). The moment came when a tense situation arose (I don’t know the essence), and it became more convenient for my employer, and the documents were transferred to another branch, to Tupolev. As time went on, none of the employees of both branches calculated the amount of my benefits, so my employer paid me a very conditional amount, we agreed that we will equal it when the benefit is paid (they, by the way, have not been submitted to this day) , and even then, given that since July in Ulyanovsk there has been a pilot FSS project, according to which the FSS can directly pay all benefits to an employee, bypassing the employer's accounts. Yes, it’s bad luck, the accountant Julia from the Tupolev branch, unfortunately, is not a very polite lady who is not ready to make contact kindly from the very beginning of our communication for some reason unknown to me, personally told me that she did not understand the pilot project yet, she doesn’t know what to take there and suggested that I deal with this issue myself. Frankly, it was difficult for me with a one-year-old baby in my arms, but I figured out the documents without even having the appropriate education. Very simple - an incredibly polite FSS employee put everything on the shelves. To date, I have collected all the documents, signatures and seals on which the employer is ready to put me at any time, just one document is missing - the calculation of my salary for 2014 and 2015. This document Julia refuses to provide me and my employer. However, after a conversation with the authorities of the Reporting Center, Julia took the initiative to submit documents on a pilot project on her own. Through my employer, she suggested that I bring a statement in the form almost the next day after our conversation so that she would file the documents “in the first days”. Unfortunately, I, always easy to climb, ready even on the day of hospitalization for delivery, to “bring documents” to the last serving branch, it was on these days for the first time in my life that I could not get free for the simple reason that I have a one-year-old child in my arms, and it so happened that on 10/28/2016 he turned one year old, and there was simply no one to sit with him to this day (2.11.2016). Is there any need to explain that it is not quite convenient for me to take him from the north of our city to a new city? And why am I supposed to scribble any nonsense at every call of Yulia, break so far and look for someone to leave my child with? Of course, I understand that the Reporting Center does not conclude an agreement with the employee, but with the employer, and in general, in theory, we should not interact, although I have to (although I have absolutely no such desire), therefore it is not permissible to be rude to the employee who I found myself in such circumstances, simply because the Reporting Center provides services, which a priori implies the courtesy and responsiveness of accountants. And why not just go towards me, give a calculation document so that I will hand over all the documents myself? - Unclear. Obviously, this attitude is unacceptable.

With girls Reporting Center on Tupolev, I’ve been working for several years. Always very polite and competent specialists. Having looked at the previous review, I could not restrain myself ... I myself am an accountant and I understand that you, Lelik, should have sorted out relations with your employers, and not spoil the reputation of good people. The girls themselves consulted on a pilot project, immediately after its entry into force, and believe me, even the FSS did not give as much information as they gave! I think that we are all different ....
