They offered one of two options: either they return the money, or the cake is delivered on the trail. day to 12 days. Because I didn’t have time, and I really counted on this company, I choose delivery for tomorrow until 12. As a result, I call them myself to clarify at 10 am whether everything is valid. As a result, ATTENTION! They tell me that they CANNOT deliver the cake because they have no berries! Great, huh? I agree to the cake WITHOUT BERRIES, and they are just starting to cook it. Okay, at least this time they delivered it, but it was already closer to evening. What do we have as a result: -service at zero (seriously, they could have warned themselves that for some reason they can’t do it on time); -Order, apparently, it is necessary on the basis of "I will order it tomorrow, it may be delivered in two days"; - the end product "not the same as in the picture!" I expected more, to be honest, judging by the reviews from their VK group. And there, please note, everyone is happy. P.s. One caveat, they promised to return 1700 rubles for all these torments. But the story is still silent about this.
