UPS (Russia, Moscow) - disgusting company. My parcel has already been in customs for 14 days in Moscow. At the same time, UPS (Moscow) said that I submitted the data 12 days ago for customs clearance are sufficient, and also promised an early delivery. Disregard for customers. For some reason, UPS ruled out the simplified customs clearance of my parcel (its cost is only 23 euros). Do not deal with this company.

Horrible service !!! i sent parcel from the USA via online shop and its been days now the person cannot get the parcel because the ups employees simply ignore the calls and do not give any proper guidance to what should be done next ! plus they charge 500 rublei for keeping your parcel ! thats ridiculous !
