Good hotel, good staff. The room is large and spacious. Good bathroom and service. However, some of the sockets in the room did not work, which makes it very difficult to charge your phones and laptop. Also, the mattress on the bed is not fixed, and each time it has to be corrected so that the pillows do not fall behind the headboard .

This Christmas they create definitely great photo zone. As always reception doing at their best, and this time it wasn't an exception. Thank you, team!

Been there twice, surely will go there again. New hotel, nice design, spacious rooms, great beds, and everything perfectly clean. Regarding the staff, even better, they are all very kind, friendly and helpful. Location very convenient, less than 10 minutes walking from metro station, from there about 15 minutes to get to the very center of the city. Small suggestions, I would appreciate an enlargement of the gym or the creation of a spa center. In conclusion, definitely recommended!

Spent there 5 days. The hotel is kinda new, clean and rooms are really comfortable. The personnel is very helpful and speaks good English. The hotel is not in a central location but it's 10' walking distance from a line 1 metro station that leads you to whatever you want to visit. It's in front of a mall (in case you need anything!) Inga did a very good job with her recommendations

The room was noisy because it was located next to an electrical cabinet. The staff just offered to move us to a room next door (so the noise was the same) or facing the highway with less equipment. We felt that we were less taken into account because we did not have a "luxury" room. In a Hilton, we shouldn't have to choose between two noisy rooms when the hotel is half empty. This experience was bad. I do not recommend.
