Previously, hell was Sberbank and Russian Post. And if Sberbank has improved the service in recent years, then Russian Post is just starting. Although a year ago, in order to receive the parcel, it was necessary to defend the 30-40 minute queue. 1 employee worked in the hall !!! Only this year, the issuance of parcels began to be displayed in a separate department, which reduced expectations. Separate word about delivery. Judging by the tracking of trackers, parcels are being sent abroad faster than from Moscow to Tambov !!! Nonsense! Unfortunately, the Russian Post needs to work and work on improvement.
