Informative! Good day. We visited your "restaurant" on Bratislavskaya 19.09.20 with friends. At the moment this "unforgettable" place can be called a cafe or even an eatery. As you already understood, this review is not laudatory! If this helps to improve and enhance the service, then I am writing for a reason. As in any story there is a carrot and a stick, I'll probably start with a carrot: -good admin job - polite staff -cool atmosphere (apart from live music, for me so, it would be better if it did not exist) - the name is natural, it attracts. I think that's where the pluses ended. Let's move on to the whip: 1. Despite the courtesy of the staff, performance is very lame! More specifically, they came, took them to our previously booked table, wait for the menu, after 5 minutes they invite guests to the next table and immediately bring them the menu! We wait another 5 minutes and, finally, they notice us, make an order for half an hour (someone else did not think that he would eat), snacks were brought immediately, as for hot dishes, we had to wait 30-40 minutes (I I think this was due to the workload, the waiters could not cope, it was evident) the saddest thing in this story is that the staff are lazy to write down a few words about the order, which led to the fact that they forgot to bring my dish, as it was: he came up to me the waiter asked if everything is good? I answered yes, I'm waiting for my order, he answered - what? I showed the order on the menu, he - and who took your order? , I answered - you! To which he said that he would be there in 5-7 minutes. How long do you think I have been waiting? 20 minutes! From the moment we came and made an order, 2 hours have passed! Why didn’t you ask, I didn’t ask about my order earlier, the answer is above. 2. Having previously visited your restaurant, then it could still be called that, there was only one waiter. This time we had three of them, one better than the other, the young man seemed the most experienced, polite and knew how to speak, so that we understood him. The girls were lost, in the place of writing, trying to remember the order, repeating everything several times, it was hilarious. 3. Food. I will try briefly, the order for which I was waiting for 2 hours and in the end waited until the appetite had already disappeared, and it disappeared after disgusting, disgusting, cheap tea. So, it would seem, an ordinary breast, but even it was not brought to mind, and what about mushroom sauce? Is it mushroom? Breast and some mushrooms and poured it over the breast, what kind of chefs are these dreamers !? It was a normal potato. Have I eaten? Yes, because hunger is not an aunt! As for the rest of the dishes, I don't know, I didn't ask my friends. Also, how could I forget about the cheese platter? What is this? For 855 rubles? On this, my monologue came to an end, I want to thank everyone for their attention, thank you for taking the time and reading to the end. It was an impulse of the soul and I hope that this eatery will become a restaurant again!

Hello. Recently my wife and I went to this restaurant. With Momondo, the beginning was surprised by the cleanliness, all the staff are polite, they immediately asked us where we want to sit. They brought the menu, the presentation is fast and I can even say original. It was very tasty, and for the first time I left a big tip for the service - they really were not sorry. I recommend to everyone!!!

Celebrated the 50th anniversary. Many thanks to the restaurant Sim City for a wonderful evening! A cozy atmosphere, a beautifully served table, very tasty food, especially barbecue and khachapuri, very affordable prices. But, most importantly, this is the team of Sim City! Tactful and attentive administrator Valeria, an incendiary and talented singer Tanechka, but I especially want to mention our waiter Nurik! It is said that a good waiter should be invisible as a ninja, fast as lightning and sensitive as a telepath. So, the dirty dishes disappeared as if by magic, the glasses were filled as if by themselves. Nurik arose from nowhere and dissolved in air. Professionals such as Nurik honor the most upscale establishment. All guests were very pleased! Guys, thank you! We will come again and again!

Delighted with this restaurant! Very nice atmosphere, chic interior and muffled music. At Sim City Home, just the perfect waiters: excellent service, while always nearby and very friendly. Live music, the singer Harut sang very beautifully (I later found out his name). Very beautiful voice. I liked everything, I especially liked the girl, the waitress Kristina, who served our table. She was very patient and friendly, served hot dishes and salads on time. My friends and I were very pleased. Birthday was a great success!
