It was the aligners, and not the braces, that the orthodontist advised, I chose for a long time, thought about the invoice line, but the price was confused - almost 300 thousand and the fact that they had to wait a month from somewhere in Mexico). As a result, after analyzing all the available information, I chose Star Smile, a Russian company with the largest experience working with elevators .. The first two weeks of the correction were not easy for me: I was lisping a little, at first it was difficult to remove, then, however, they gave me a hook. I immediately presented the braces, I was very upset - you yourself understand why. But the doctor reassured me and suggested Star Smile eliners. There was one more technique and further installation of the implant. A little tired already, but, in principle, a matter of habit. Later I found out that my case on the eliners is corrected almost twice as fast as on the braces. Definitely one plus)

For a long time I chose between the list of clinics in Moscow where to go to put the kappa and stopped at Star Smile. All standard procedures were completed in standard mode. On examination, I will doctor Volkova D.V. indicated that I have problems with my jaw (crunch), I need to pay attention to this and it is important for me to understand whether this will correct the kappa. She told me all the comments after a paid diagnosis based on all the pictures. They made the diagnosis, invited the setup to be viewed, I confirmed everything, but I completely forgot to ask the doctor about what to do with the jaw, she also did not say a word about it. I immediately paid the down payment and the kappa was sent to production. When I arrived home, on the same day, I wrote a question about the jaw in the mail to the doctor and whether the mouthguards would fix the problem (I read online that there is an opinion that they fix this problem). The next day I received an answer saying that I need to go to a gnathologist who can tell me what to do and most likely I will need additional procedures for correcting the jaw ... When I started to pull out of the doctor additional information about what is done first what then? It turned out not from the first question that the jaw is first corrected, then, on the basis of the recommendations of the gnathologist, I have to make a mouthguard ... I quickly wrote that in such a case it is necessary to immediately stop the production of caps and I will go to the gnathologist. With difficulty, I phoned the office (there is a separate problem with communication with the office. If your manager is not in the office, they just drop you) they said that everyone stopped. I went to the gnatologist, he said that it was necessary to rule the jaw with a separate mouthguard and it would cost a lot. I do not have such amounts to keep prepayments in SM and lay out another pile for a mouthguard for the jaw, I decided that I would return the money. I called, they said come back. At that time I had a problem with the card with which the payment was made. The girl on the return claimed that it was impossible to make a return to another card. I called the bank, they said it was lazy of employees and everything can be simply returned to another card. I had to go a second time with a small child to them. She arrived, again something she did not work. Asked to write a statement indicating the details of another card, promised to transfer within three days. Three days passed, no money, no call. I call myself, my manager Maria is rude, she says you know, we WILL NOT RETURN you money ... My question is why? She said that supposedly the mouthguards did manage to start production then, and I must continue the treatment with them and pay further. I said that I have a correspondence with a doctor, which states very clearly that I am indignant why I was not given detailed instructions on how to act in my case. This in court will be more than enough to return the money. There was a feeling that this trick was a stupid attempt by the manager himself to keep the sale, as they very quickly changed their mind and returned the money. I honestly wanted to make the jaw and return to them for alignment, but naturally I will not do it after that. Special thanks I want to express the manager Pozdnyakov Cyril. This is the manager with whom I contacted through the feedback form on the site, when it was impossible to get through to Maria. This most gracious young man, who had nothing to do with my problem at all, kept me informed about the resolution of the issue all the time, right up to the receipt of money on my card.
