I learned about H-Clinic from Instagram. I have been a patient for about a year, I use the services of an infectious disease doctor Anastasia Aleksandrovna Konovalova and a dermatologist Anna Viktorovna Sharopina, to whom I am very grateful for their help and advice! Completed a course of vaccinations against various infections. From the first visit I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous and correct attitude (unfortunately, this is not the norm for Russian medicine). As a bonus: there is a loyalty program that allows you to save up to 15% of the cost of the clinic's services. Alexander

They passed the child a coronavirus test after returning from abroad, before that they wrote to the clinic and clarified whether they fit the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor - which we were assured of, and in fact there is a letter from them. As a result, we went and paid 2750 on Friday morning, today is Monday 19 o'clock - the test is not ready !!!! They do not care that they need to upload information within 3 days, because the district police officer has already come to us! I have to get all the information out of them despite the promises that as soon as they find out any information, they will immediately inform, or rather the manager calls, but when I myself call the girls at the reception, and they will tell me that unfortunately they are not ready yet! Silence! We got problems for our own money! For comparison, parents also took tests in a private clinic, for less money, and both had the results the next day, and in state institutions, tests are prepared in 2 days.

Good afternoon! We have been observed and treated in the clinic since 2018. Everything has always been fine. But ... so far there have been no particular problems. There was a problem while taking the drug. What is quite heavy. I had to call the infectious disease specialist at home. It was not our attending physician who came. Identified the problem. Thank you so much in helping the administrator of Anastasia. Smart girl and man! Our attending physician was informed about the problem immediately through Anastasia. However, neither on this day, nor to this point, he contacted us and did not know what our condition is. Very dejected and disappointed.

The second time I come to the clinic, the receptionists and other specialists (I do not know the position) neglect the obligation to wear a mask, put it on the face only if a new patient comes in and take it off after a couple of minutes, both times I had to wait for an appointment 1 time 20 minutes, 2 times 30 minutes , while I sat in a mask for these 30 minutes respecting the health of others, and the clinic's specialists took it off at their own discretion, I consider this neglect towards the client, during these 30 minutes no one answered the question how much more I need to wait and why ...
