Flori hotel

I liked this place, strange location but good access to bus (m8). This hotel has only 6 rooms, 3 with windows. No markings on doors. Very clean place with daily housekeeping. Nice bed I had, comfy but not great if you are over 70 kg. The longer I sat in one spot it created a depression and I am 56 kg. Desk is small no spare outlet near by, but 4 near the bed and night tables. The room was tiny, so if you're a big person you may was to take the window rooms. Hotel is on the 2nd floor but really up 2 flights of stairs. A color A4 paper marks the main entry (next to an Indian restaurant) and the 2nd floor door. The hotel desk rarely has a person but is monitored by security cams. Call the number on the plaque and someone will be there fast. The agent desk is on the top floor for the hostel. Hotel is between the Sport Ex shopping mall and the mall parking entry. Being there it can be a bit noisy in the day until closing as the front parking gets full of bikers due to that mall and you know how bikers love to rev their engines. As the hotel is part of a larger building I kept hearing some construction noise as it sounded like there was renovating a part of the building. My room had no windows or AC but the fan in the room kept it very comfortable. Just wish there was a desk lamp as you shut off the room light and you're in a darkroom. You can also get time disoriented as you can't tell if it's night or day. There is a 24 hour mini market next door with minimal items but good prices. As for location, other than that market there isn't anything closer without a good walk to get food except the Indian restaurant. M8 bus runs until 12 mid. I would have given it 5 stars but because of the noise and location was a minus. The staff was friendly and guided me a bit with needed papers before my trip. As a foreign traveler don't lose that tiny custom paper you get at airport passport check in. You need it to exit the country. Depending on traffic. Can cost from $15 USD and up from SVO airport. I recommend prebook a taxi or use Yandex. Like many travel websites for Russia, keep small change, you need 55.00 rub for a single trip bus ticket, then use maps to get you to the авиамоторная metro to buy a transit card. It's just a few stops away. I recommend the unlimited trips for 3 to 5 days (under 1000 rub).
