In the lower tier of the bell tower, there is a temple in the name of the righteous Zechariah and Elizabeth. The project of the temple and the bell tower in 1751 was carried out by the famous Moscow architect Count D.V. Ukhtomsky in 1751. Construction work was supervised by his student A.P. Evlashev. The main work on the decoration of the passage gate, the temple and the bell tower was completed by 1753. The temple in the name of the righteous Zechariah and Elizabeth was consecrated in 1755. On the stylobate basis of the passage gate, a fairly powerful quadrangle is placed, decorated with paired columns at each corner. The quadrangle is crowned with a massive "open" entablature, in the central part of which unfinished architectural elements remain. A high octagon is placed on the quadrangle, in which the belfry is located. The octagon is crowned with a circular roof with four small pylons and a slender decorative octagon with a profile dome. After the destruction of the monastery by the French in 1812, the temple was abolished, and the archive of the monastery was placed in its premises. In the mid-1990s, the temple was restored.

The western gate of the monastery was built in 1730 - 1735. The bell tower with the gate church in honor of the righteous Zachariah and Elizabeth was built in 1751 - 1755 according to the project of D.V. Ukhtomsky.
