But where can we be responsible for our words! There were 3 such calls from my side, nothing was decided (a month has passed) I decided to come to the car dealership, where, as always, with a smile on my face, they told me your question was being resolved and that by the end of the day the fines would be paid and the checks would come to my mail. It took a couple of days the fines were still hanging. The girl stopped answering calls and messages. A month later I come again, to which another young man (Ruslan) has already approached and said I will resolve your issue until evening. She shakes my hand and sees me off. A week passes, I contact Ruslan and say that the issue has not been resolved, to which it was said that the management has not yet answered. A couple more weeks passed and the issue was not resolved, but at the end I was given good advice to go to the traffic police and ask for help there! Thank you very much to this car dealership for the problems presented, for unpaid fines, and for the fact that more than one employee cannot answer for his words. And the management did not even deign to contact me!
