The work of this service is considered unsatisfactory. Half a year payment was made to renew the Gmail service. The extension was supposed to be activated on 06.20.2020 by SoftLine Trade JSC. However, on 06/20/2020 the account was blocked. Technical support could not help, the managers were not available on the 20th and 21st, as they work only on weekdays. On June 22, from 9 a.m. we tried to achieve an unlock, manager Julia Belborodova said that our payment was incorrectly tied to the accounting department and this complicates the unlocking process, since they are unable to contact the accounting department. The account was unblocked only at 11:30 Moscow time on June 22 after numerous calls to technical support. No one suggested solving the issue of losses incurred during 3 days of downtime.
