Where are the negative reviews? It seems that the average rating is not 5. The charming doctor Zhuk sells himself and the clinic very well. The first visits and braces went well. But on the very first "lift" the orthodontist (no longer Zhuk, he did his job) showed all the humanity of the Soviet school: the tools fell into the gums, the classic "be patient", they did not teach to explain what the specialist does (after all, the doctor knows better here) ... After the first trip, it seemed that it was an accident. To the third, requests to be made more tender and to explain what was happening remained unanswered. By the fifth I had resigned myself to the discomfort. By the time you need to remove the iron, I understand that the back teeth do not touch - the bite is broken, there is nothing else to chew. The beetle (deigned) to all the questions says that "you never know how it will go", but offered to increase the back teeth. Thanks, but elsewhere. Another interesting point is that almost all the doctors there are either former, or the current students of the teacher Zhuk.

I often go to this dental clinic. I installed braces here 2.5 years ago, and now I go to twist them. Doctor Anastasia is a friendly and attentive specialist, she leads the reception in gloves and a mask. She twists my braces every month, examines the oral cavity, changes and corrects the thread, and every 6 months she makes me a professional teeth cleaning. After cleaning Anastasia always gives me recommendations. The impressions of the clinic are positive, the staff at the reception is friendly. My treatment continues.

For me, the main thing in the service is professionalism. I am seen by more than one specialist in this clinic, I have my own orthodontist, there is also his assistant and the chief doctor who completely controls the whole process. The treatment is always painless. The specialists have a high professional level, they are very nice people, they give recommendations, they even give written notes with them, they are always polite and friendly. An excellent clinic, I came to this clinic on the recommendation of a friend.

I visit the Ortolaik Dental Clinic every month. Doctor Olga Alexandrovna Dudina works with me. She is attentive, works efficiently, prepares everything in advance before the procedures. The doctor explains everything clearly and easily. At the last visit, the doctor put rubber bands on me. In terms of cleanliness and sterility, everything was great during the procedure. At the end of the appointment, the doctor made recommendations: to wear rubber bands all the time, take care of, monitor the teeth brushing. As we are finishing our treatment, the doctor said that wearing elastic bands often is really important. Sometimes you have to wait for an appointment at the clinic, but within 5-10 minutes. The very location of the clinic is convenient. I like the interior.

The child was corrected by a bite. Andrei Olegovich is the first doctor who came to the consultation, we did not look for anyone else. Firstly, the doctor described to us in detail the treatment plan, showed his competence. Secondly, he easily found a common language with his daughter. From the first minutes of communication, I also liked: friendly, kind, caring. Time passed unnoticed, as it was time to remove the system. And now the child has a beautiful smile, that is what we dreamed about. Thank you very much, a wonderful specialist and person.
