Was in a clinic on Novorossiyskaya 28, a month ago. No clinic has ever had so much attention. I came with one problem tooth as I thought. They took a picture, told that it was necessary to make a few more teeth in connection with chronic inflammation, and offered not to remove the tooth but to treat it. For which I am immensely grateful to the doctors. Saved the tooth)))) for which it is very grateful !!!!! All attentive from the reception and coordinator to all the doctors !!!!! I will be prosthetized in this clinic at the head physician.

My mother is very afraid of any doctors. And when she got a toothache, it became a whole test. Different stances have been heard in Lublino about the dentistry “All Your Own”. At the first appointment we came together. Honestly: there was internal resistance on my part, and naturally with my mother. They wanted to talk with the doctor only about this tooth. Mom got a card, which turned out to be a mandatory procedure. My mom and I were allowed to see - which was very important for us. Take pictures. Because the tooth didn’t hurt at the time of admission, then a comprehensive examination was performed for mom (they invited different doctors of “narrow specialists”). At first, it was alarming, but they explained to us that such a procedure is carried out only for the first time, they will tell us all the recommendations and this is included in the free consultation. I was worried that mom would be scared and she would just leave. But she steadfastly withstood three doctors and even asked questions. We had to remove the disturbing tooth, and we decided to eliminate two more roots at the same time (I thought: “this is our last coming”). While I was waiting for my mother, they provided me with a calculation of the recommended treatment. I liked that they gave me the choice of materials, explained the differences simply and clearly. Two weeks later, my mother signed up for a seal. Then she said that she wanted to make 2 crowns and a prosthesis on the lower jaw, asked again to go with her to draw up documents for these works. The second time there was no inspection. When the manager and I talked in a separate room, the doctor came up and offered to put 4 implants in place of the prosthesis. He explained that in our case, because of the 2 teeth below, you have to wear a whole prosthesis (a lot of plastic), and 2 implants at the bottom and 2 at the top will solve the problem. They took a pause for reflection. To date, 4 implants take root. I can’t even convey my surprise that this is all happening to my mother, and I’m glad that I could find the right words in this clinic, understand and help. Many human thanks from me and mom.

Tried to cheat on the money, screwed 32,000r for replacing a simple seal. They imposed services, tried to intimidate and called non-existent diagnoses, teeth are healthy. The seal was never put on, they did not give any pictures. A horrible clinic with inhuman personnel who deceive people.

In the clinic on Novorossiyskaya turned on the nerves and in frustrated feelings. I could not get used to the removable denture, which was placed in the clinic, and for denyuzhku. The prosthesis is nylon, there was always a feeling that it would fall out. Chewing is inconvenient, talking is uncomfortable. Begisheva Irina Nikolaevna was involved in my case. The old prosthesis had to be abandoned. Instead, 2 implants, with clasps, were placed. Finally, the prosthesis is holding, stopped being nervous. Thank you very much for solving a difficult problem!

My adventures began during the treatment in the district clinic. I came to the reception, I thought the doctor would heal the tooth, opened the filling, and there the pus from periodontitis accumulated and prescribed a rinse with soda, promised to heal the tooth after 3 days and proceed to the prosthetics with a crown, at the appointed time he again could not heal my tooth, for what reason I I did not get that. I called a private clinic, I live in Lublino, I signed up for a consultation and optg picture first. And finally - the correct diagnosis is made, the tooth is healed, and I am satisfied.
