On November 10, 2020, the mayor of the city of Sobyanin issued a decree on the temporary suspension of the work of children's day camps, children's entertainment centers, children's rooms in the mall, children's corners in catering establishments and similar places of entertainment and babysitting, provided that they are located in buildings from November 13. 2020 I immediately called to clarify, to which the operator replied that there were no orders to close. I called the next day on 11.11.2020, they answered that this resolution does not apply to Zamania. I asked to explain to which category this institution belongs, since it does not fall under Sobyanin's decree. They could not answer this, they just said that the work was going on and there was no question of closing. I also clarified whether the situation will work out, that we will count on the holiday, but it will not take place. I was assured that this would not happen. On 12.11.2020, I called again, asked again about the confirmation of the holiday. On November 13, 2020, I called again, they also assured me and said that they were waiting at the Viva shopping center at the agreed time at 18:00. As a result, at 15:30 they called me back and informed about the closure. What was most astonishing was that the administrator said she did not know about the closure. The whole country knew, but they didn't !!!! The kid's holiday was ruined !!!!! The guests have already gone to the birthday !!!!! This is deception by the administration and misleading. You just don't give a damn about the feelings of children !!!! What Zamania hoped for, I do not know. The money had to be returned anyway and the birthday was ruined. This is a negligent attitude towards guests !!!!
