When ordering furniture at the exhibition center, the manager, at our request, indicated in the order that instead of standard handles with flowers, we need handles with a gold ornament. Having received the order, we did not notice that the pens are still with flowers. They called the call center on Friday night. The operator promised delivery with our pens on Monday from 15 to 17. At 17 no one even called us. Turning to the call center found that the car had an accident and it will not be known when. Since in a hurry to leave, the delivery was postponed until tomorrow. On Tuesday, they were supposed to bring from 13 to 15. As a result, at 6 pm, neither pens nor a call from the call center. They called themselves, in the call center they said that the driver was delayed, they gave the driver's phone number. The driver said that the call center is engaged in delays, said that by 9 pm it will be. At 10 delivery was never. At 11 o’clock in the morning the operator promised us for the 10th time that the manager will understand and call back. Judging by the fact that there was no call from the manager, his working day has long ended. They could not stand it, at the 11th hour they called the driver, said that 40 more minutes to wait. When placing an order online chose the option ,, payment by card on receipt,. When the courier arrived and brought the order, he asked to transfer money for the order through Sberbank online !!! te for this company, payment by card on receipt and transfer by intra-bank transfer is the same. Furniture in the exhibition hall and brought very different in quality not for the better.
