Twice it turned out to make an appointment with a doctor at a discount through the docdock, this sometimes directly stimulates not to postpone the appointment until later, this time there was a repeated appointment to the same specialist, already without a promotion, but already to a proven doctor. The service is really convenient for us.

Having read the laudatory reviews on their website, I got a gross scam for money and an absolutely mediocre doctor. On the DocDoc website, the rating of positive reviews of this medic is 100% and the door of his office is glued with their stickers "Best Doctor". They deflated money, poisoned with antibiotics, did not cure, and my real negative review DokDok categorically refused to publish, citing attention to what I ordered not through them! What does this have to do with the objectivity of information about a doctor? In general, do not believe the reviews on such sites, this is a commercial desk that earns money from mediocre mediators.

Awfully disorganized service: everything that was said and promised is not so. - They said that the doctor would request information about the disease and the last treatment in 30 minutes. *Not. - They said that it would be possible to send the last conclusions on the illness before the consultation. *Not. - They said that they would give - that it would be necessary to call another phone number (to the patient himself, not to me - who paid for the consultation) * again no! - promised that there would be a video call * again no! And this despite the fact that I called IN ADVANCE and found out everything before paying, so that technically everything was as it should be! The consultation started with a delay of 4 minutes (if paid 30 minutes) It took a long time to find out that it was necessary to call on a different phone number, after which the doctor said - that they do not do that - and they call only the one who paid for the consultation! Yes, that's why we ordered an ONLINE consultation, because my mother personally could not come! And she has not lived next to me for a long time! At the end of the conversation with me, the doctor "took pity" and said that "he will meet me in an exceptional manner, but only from the time I paid for - we have already spoken for 11 minutes" Come on! It turns out that the price of org questions is also included in the payment amount! As a result, it took my mother 14 minutes (while he hung up with me, while her number dialed) 14 minutes - consultation. Moreover, she was incompetent. “Go to a psychiatrist, calm your anxiety” - that's all the recommendations from the miracle neurologist. Incl. The idea with an online service is good, but the performance of the aggregator is poor! I will not use it myself or recommend it anymore. It is better to personally go to the doctors. Or directly through the clinics. Fu.
