The second time we communicate in this clinic with acute pain, after filling the tooth, because there is nowhere else to go and once again I understand that I will not advise this clinic to anyone. The time was 20.15 and the doctor was already standing at the exit with things in order to leave as soon as possible, in connection with which we were simply refused a tooth treatment. When it was said that the time was 20.15 and you work until 21.00, the administrator began to tell us that it’s normal, that the tooth hurts and be patient for a couple of days, and we unfortunately work until 21.00. 45 minutes more, but the dentistry is not working and ready to go home.

I got an appointment with the wonderful doctor Presler Elena Viktorovna in the dental clinic of Samson, and I was grateful for her quality painless work. Sensitive attitude and her high professionalism gave me peace of mind, as she always attended cautiously with dentistry. Also worth noting is the excellent setting of the clinic and the courtesy of the staff.

An important point was when choosing a clinic for dental treatment, that the reception hours are until 21:00. She made an online application for treatment, signed up for the latest time, as there was no possibility to leave work earlier. On luck, I got to the wonderful doctor Sergeev Nikita Evgenievich for the treatment of pulpitis. The process is not pleasant, but I easily suffered everything, unlike my past treatment in the municipal. A month later, I'm not bothered by toothache. Thank you very much for the treatment.

Apparently, it's time to dilute the ideal reviews about the clinic. The other day I wanted to treat a tooth in the clinic (complex and neglected). Got on Dr. Gritsaenko. The treatment did not take place. The doctor gave me an anesthesia, but everything was growing thin except for the tooth, he continued to react to the touch. Later I was told that this happens when the doctor does not get into the right nerve. As a result, the doctor gave me another injection of the anesthetic, then another and another. Apparently, all injections were by, because the tooth still continued to feel everything. While a bunch of anesthesia began to act on half of my face. almost completely numb language, including its upper part, starting to provoke the gag reflex (sorry for the details). On this treatment, we interrupted and I went home. It was normal to start speaking only after a few hours, and the anesthesia was completely gone only towards evening. In the words of the doctor that the tooth continued to feel everything as the "difficult situation" is hard to believe. I won't come to the clinic anymore.
