Ok gym. There are all needed things in here. Some things can be refreshed tho, for example some benches in men’s locker room are cracked. There are also no shoe horns there so take your one. Some people wrote that it’s not safe to leave your valuables in the lockers and yes it’s true. Many lockers are broken and tho you close them with your gym card, they can be easily opened if you pull the top of a locker door. The gym recommends to put your important stuff in special lockers near the reception.

Really expensive for one day, they ask me 30€!!!!!!! No way really bad. How they want new clients charging this much. Tried to talk with the manager but she ask the same price. Ridiculous

For more than two years I worked at Come On Gym, the club itself was completely satisfied, but there were always problems with service and staff. But, since I came there directly to go in for sports, I tried not to pay attention to the rudeness of the staff. But, then a pandemic came, naturally all fitness clubs in Moscow were closed. For my part, I called Come On Gym, I was guaranteed that my subscription would be frozen. In July, when Come On Gym was opened, they called me and told me about it, but since I was sick, the manager offered to come to the club and write an additional statement about freezing, which, in fact, I did. I was assured that my freeze would be active whenever I came. During this entire period, it was not possible to visit the club for personal reasons, but I was still sure that my personal freeze was preserved. But, here Come On Gym has a new promotion, of course, on the hot base, managers began to call and offer a new subscription at a good price and with a large freeze. To my question whether there is my freeze, they answered me: "You come, we will figure it out, of course there is." A visit to the sales department, this time, led me to terrible stress and shock, such rudeness of managers, and especially the head of the sales department, I have never met anywhere in Moscow. To begin with, the entire management team is sitting without masks and gloves, there is no question of any antiseptics, in general, ending with a boorish and rude attitude towards a client who has been visiting you for more than two years. They explained to me loudly and clearly that my freeze had flown a long time ago, they do not consider the pandemic a force majeure, the statement I wrote in July was lost. As it turned out, the reception did not have the right to accept this statement from me at all, they have no idea who worked at the reception in July. This is exactly the case when the marketing department falls on the sales department and the sales department falls on the marketing department. The epic conclusion of this Marlezon ballet was the proposal of the head of the sales department: "Buy a new subscription and we will return your 3 weeks from the freeze, okay, so be it." In general, it is not clear how such a large chain as Come On Gym can have such a boorish and unskilled sales department. While each club is fighting for a new client, Come On Gym is destroying old ones. So, if you are offered a freeze ticket, you can definitely be sure - in fact, the offer is not true. For the whole world, COVID-19 is force majeure, but for the Come On Gym system it is not.

In mid-December, due to a conflict with the lessor, the club does not work in the Aviapark, the administrators and representatives of the club do not provide any information. Also, they do not solve the problem with the return of funds for unused club cards and payments for a penalty for non-fulfillment of a service agreement. At a level for a given cost. Those who want to play sports are engaged. Who needs show-off and luxury options then you are not here. Of course, cleaning in common areas can be improved. Simulators and other equipment are kept in good condition.
