I can’t say about all the trainers, but nevertheless, having visited a certain number of individual / group trainings, I can say that the coaches whom I met were quite polite and friendly. Of the minuses, I can note the average quality showers and tiles in the locker rooms. This does not radically affect the overall impression, but at any point this is worth finalizing. Oh, and the moment with training in "special zones" is not entirely clear. Do I need to pay extra for boxing or cycle in a separate room? This is not said anywhere.

Great room. New high-tech exercise equipment, a large cardio area, crossfit and workout areas, a martial arts hall. I like the fact that from work I come to the Myakinino metro station and the hall is right there ... much less likely to be tempted to go home than to go somewhere else to the hall ...

From the first year the club acquired a card (myakinino) and over the past years everything has been fine in general, but last year everything has changed for the worse, and first of all, the problem is the staff! Yesterday I wanted to bring my friend with me to training, in order to convince him to switch from his fitness club to “mine”. I called in advance the number indicated on the website to clarify the conditions for such a visit and I was informed that the cost of the first training with a club member was 200 rubles and the next 1000 rubles, they arranged the conditions and calling my friend an hour later were at the club (at about 20:00) by this time the club of managers for some reason was just a guy undergoing an internship and no one else! Promotion period, 20:00, Thursday and one manager intern !!! Having started a conversation with him, a girl-trainer suddenly jumped up and completely ignorantly ignore me and my friend almost ordered the manager to go out and chat with a certain girl who is interested in buying a card! Actually, under the authority of the old-timer, the intern did not say a word to us, rushed to fulfill the request-order🤦🏻‍♂️ Later, when we still got our hands (after waiting for a total of 20 minutes), the young man said that the first lesson for my friend would cost 1000r despite the information voiced before and could not do anything about it! Actually, we turned around and left, of course, the thoughts about the transition to come on gym got divorced from a friend and disappeared ... Today, having bought a drink in the club bar, I was offered change with a lot of little things and I asked at least to give part of it in large coins of 10 rubles each. of whom there were more than enough at the box office, but the young girl resolutely refused me what I still repeated my legitimate request but with the words "I do not work here, they told me not to give 10 rubles", she refused me again ... Rudeness and stupidity began to go wild! I ask you to contact me and explain somehow, I won’t write about previous problem situations, but if there is no answer, I’m not too lazy to add !!!
