The trainers are super. Children go with joy.

And not in the Marina club, but it's cool there, I'm in CSKA Navy

The main advantage of the club is the location of the Olympic pool with the trainers of CSKA Navy. The rest is objectively C grade. The building of "Soviet times" and cosmetic repairs and new owners do not change the situation much. There is a gym, cardio zone, one large room for group exercises, and 5 small ones for Pilates, individual and paid lessons. There are several saunas (one common on the side). In general, the equipment is not bad, but mostly old (a lot has not changed at all in 10 years). With cleanliness and cleaning in general, complete trash (dust on the equipment and on the ceiling speaks for itself). Towels, although they were changed twice in these 10 years, but still come across torn old and DIRTY! The coaching staff has also changed a lot, alas, but you can count on fingers good professionals and not indifferent to clients. Many professional trainers have left over the past few years, and in their place were recruited former housewives with courses and minimal experience, which they are now gaining here.
