Seems like a decent club and for the price, with all that's there its a solid deal

The rehab therapy I had there with a trainer helped me move much better. Thanks.

Going through great renovations in 2017. Improved locker rooms & workout room. Some English speaking staff & very friendly English speaking manager. Some cardio machines require maintenance but overall great gym

For me this is the first experience of a fitness club, but this club has set a certain bar for the services that should be in a fitness club. There is everything I need and more. In general, I like the club, but not perfect. But as they say, not without tar in this barrel of honey. Disadvantages begin to creep out in the process of mastering. There are not many of them, but they are. All these are shortcomings that you can really ignore and just put up with them. When I was offered a good discount from work in this fitness club, naturally I wanted to know what they offer there for 25k. It turned out to be a lot of equipment, a sauna, a swimming pool, cycling and treadmills, a children's room and a whole bunch of other things. And now the trick is how many hours a day will I spend there, and what will I do there. And so I began to watch what group programs there were and was glad that there was boxing, and for free. And now a fly in the ointment after a while the boxing (exactly the one that is convenient for me according to the schedule) is paid. Yes, three months later it was made free again, but three months have passed. Or else, for example, there is a CrossFit gym. For classes there is generally everything you need. Even the barbells, which I am so embarrassed to approach in the gym in the gym. And then a coach appeared in the gym, who conducts introductory classes, and then it is reported that "all three introductory trainings are over, then for an additional fee." Well, okay, myself. The general sense of the disadvantage is that you have all the equipment you need, but if you don't know how to use it, then take a workout with a trainer. Perhaps this is a trend specifically for the entire field of fitness centers. Again, overall the fitness center is good and I like it. Do I recommend it to my colleagues or friends? Yes, after talking about what I faced.
