Clean, new and well decorated. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast spread was awesome!! We are vegan and the chef made delicious chocolate vegan muffins just for us🙏🏻Temperature checks were done and masks were provided. All in all, a very safe and enjoyable stay ☺️

5* for hotel service 0 for entrance security 2* in total, unfortunately. We rented a big room here to celebrate our friends birthdays. Everything was great re internal service and personnel, and I would say they deserve 5*, however entrance security staff is a real disaster. Incompetent, not polite and asking questions that would be suitable for USSR, when there was a total surveillance in hotels, but not for a world known chain of hotels where you’re expecting the familiar service level. For sure this son of a CHOP (private security organization in Russian) received immediate pushback, but hotel management simply must think who’s at their doors - the first impression starts from the entrance, and unfortunately now they’re losing it totally. Definitely the change and more strict selection are needed here, but not such dumbs at the entrance.

Awesome stay! Everything was just great! From the breakfast to the swimming pool and restaurants. I especially love the blinis live station at Breakfast with many many toppings. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast hostess took the time to show us around and tell us all the different options on our first day. The housekeeping staff were always meticulously cleaning the hotel from top to bottom. We ordered some room service which was delicious. The only small issue was the wifi, it was fine but not too strong. If you're sensitive to noise maybe don't choose a room facing the city. I was fine with it and the city view was super. The sunsets from the rooftop were also a steal! Definitely visit the surrounding area which has so much to offer from beautiful nature to spectacular shopping areas. Sufficed to say the whole experience was delightful. Can't recommend any Hyatt hotel enough. I am very loyal to the brand ❤️👍🏽

An honest 5* hotel, good spa zone with 25 m pool

Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean and it has all the amenities you need. Food was delicious and the location is great as well! I recommend!
