Hampton by Hilton Moscow Strogino

This hotel is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. Here I had THE WORST hotel experience I ever had in Moscow for last 15 years. The parking is terrible. The security did not allow me to drive up to the hotel entrance to unload the luggage. They sent me to the parking garage then I had to drag the bags to the check-in desk. When I mentioned this to the check-in clerk- guess what? - he said that hotel is not responsible for the actions of security.... The elevators are totally screwed up. They do not take you where you suppose to go. The fitness room doesn't have any towels or wipes. The check-out experience, again, was the WORST. It took the clerk about 20 minutes. Getting out of parking garage took another 20 minutes because the hotel's system does not correspond to the parking system. Never again I will stay in this hotel! The price of 103 USD I paid is ridiculous for the amount of trouble this hotel dumps on you.

This is a nice clean basic hotel at a budget price.

Of you have anything to do with Crocus Expo, this is one of the best hotels that you can stay. Rooms are clean, spacious at some extent and offer sufficient amenities. In house restaurant is limited however there are several restaurants and a Starbucks within a 1-2 minute walking distance. O haven't visited but that said a metro station is located also within a walking distance. During peak seasons rates are okay but off-season rates are like a steal.

Clean hotel, rooms are comfortable. Breakfast quality could be better. I did not dare to touch the cold cuts...

Beatiful hotel,nice rooms with large bathroom and all accessories. A lot of plugs...of you travel for business you understand what I mean... In the rooms unfortunately there's no hook for tour jacket and towels for shower are a bit too small. Perfect hotel for business
