Disgusting bank. I have been unable to refinance my mortgage for 3 months (!). Very low qualifications and interest of employees: they do not answer letters, do not return calls, they only start doing something with a personal call. A day has already passed after the transaction, but the money has not been credited to the account. The tempting low loan rates are more than offset by the incredible insurance rates, which are the same for all accredited insurance companies. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I applied for refinancing in June 2020. Received confirmation, prepared and submitted all requested documents. I waited 2 months for an answer. I wrote a bunch of letters, no one ever answers the phones, except for the call center, in which no one knows anything. Received approval. I handed over a new package of documents, made an assessment. A month later, I received another notification that the application was under consideration and asked to re-submit certificates, since the old ones were expired. Again, I collected everything and provided. A month later, he was refused without explanation. As a result, I spent 4 months and did not get any result. Spent a lot of time and money. For all the time I have never been able to speak with the bank's specialists, it is either a call center or an answering machine. I highly recommend not wasting time on this office. Worse than Sberbank.
