Doctors seem to be quite good, but sometimes they try to prescribe unnecessary paid procedures. As a result, they prescribed a facial massage and SHVZ. Facial massage goes according to the price list as a head massage, but only my face was given the procedure, and then the problematic half, not the whole! The cost of a head massage is 900 rubles / session, massage ShVZ is 1200 rubles / session, and a session is 10 (!!!!) minutes for each zone. In this case, massage is a light stroking. It turns out the prices for this massage are just space - 6300 per hour, where have you seen this ?? I went to two sessions, and paid for five at once, and then wrote an application for a refund.

And I want to leave a good review, because I had to deal with my husband's illness, they could not establish a diagnosis at the local hospital, but here they identified the disease and prescribed treatment, although the husband did not fully recover, but in remission. We have been seeing a very competent neurologist for 3 years. The attitude is very good. Yes, there is a delay with the appointment, but we are ready for this, each is individual. I got here, for a fee, in the third department for pulsotherapy. I stayed for six days. The impression was that it was forbidden to warn the patient about something in advance. Suddenly, at the last moment you will find out that you had to take some tests yesterday. The day before discharge, the doctor mentioned that, in fact, they wanted to leave me for another day, but they forgot to tell me. It suddenly became clear that payment had to be made on Friday, before three in the afternoon (the discharge was planned on Saturday). My husband had to rush from the Moscow Region to this hospital in time to pay (I myself am not able to). Also surprised by the inability of staff to recognize even the slightest oversight. It seems the principle of this separation is "the patient is always wrong." Of course, I’m probably not a gift. But they managed to blame me for the fact that my "attitude" is the reason for the needles leaving my veins. When two times in a row the medicine went under the skin instead of a vein (it hurt, no one explained what was happening to me), I began to arise and curse. The department head flew in and squealed that she had all the nurses with documents, and that I could not tolerate it😁 I once had a drip stopped dripping, and the nurse said that I myself stopped the dropper with my thoughts (!) A hospital as a hospital is no better and no worse than others 🤷🏼‍♀️
