Rude personnel and a BANK which doesn't accept BANK cards (Visa, Mastercard) for the payments

Want to change €, have 40 min to wait for. After that they declined half of the money,because the bills were used and not looks like new.

Awful experience after the sale and purchase in this department. We were denied access to the cell upon presentation of ALL documents! The bank employees found fault with the wording of the text in the extract from the house book, which was given to the MFC, the form and form of which is set by the MFC itself, and not the bank! Negotiations, consultations have led nowhere in this department. We were advised to come to the bank with a second party or make an extract from the house book as they need. We spent more than 4 hours in the bank until the second party arrived from which they let us into the depository. I think this attitude is disloyal to customers and just awful. I do not recommend conducting sales transactions there!

Defended 10 minutes in line at the box office, and at the box office 50 !!! I waited for minutes until they give me a small translation of Western Union! After waiting at 50 minutes, while the cashier figured out what was happening, they refused to issue the transfer until I provided the phone number. Allegedly, the Western Union program does not allow you to issue a transfer without a phone number. I called Western Union. They answered that only a passport and a transfer number are needed to receive, and a phone number was not needed. Conclusion: for a combination of factors - an ugly bank, an ugly service, incompetent, rude, boorish staff. Do not mess with this "bank"!

Fora bank located on the Tverskaya metro station I rate very low individually for one employee by the name of Ganina T.P., because she is slow and slow, ignorant who is rude to people for no reason and asks unnecessary questions, shouting as if not adequate for the whole bank as if I were deaf at the same time arguing with me all the time when I received the money transfer and as a result, when I used the exchange office I didn’t notice that she didn’t give 10 rubles and it’s not even 10 rubles, but it’s basically business etiquette and respect for to clients, everything else, she answered mobile calls 2 times with me. So at least at this address I will never contact Fora Bank again!
