Al'fa-Bank

Dreadful customer service. Very recently opened an account here. I needed to make 2 transfers to a Russian bank to pay some invoices. I was unable to do this online as the limits are so low.. It took 1 hour at the branch to make the transfers. At no point was I told I would be charged a commission for this. A few days later I discovered 4000p had been taken from my account as commission. I went to the bank to complain and was promised the 4000p would be returned due to the fact I had not been told. A week later I received an sms to say I would not receive the commission back. I went back to the branch to complain and this time was told that the commission charges were fully explained to me.. This is a complete lie. Quite simply Alfa Bank can not be trusted.

A fairly common Alpha branch. But this does not mean that it is bad. Everything is at a standard, fairly high level. Relatively spacious, clean, ATMs. You can always count on help. Sometimes, infrequently, there are queues. But, I will repeat myself infrequently - usually everything happens quite quickly

Complete disappointment with Alfa Bank and loss of confidence. Removed 7 950.65 rubles. They do not respond to requests, I sent 3 letters with EDS in a month - a complete ignore of the client. Alfa-bank, Return money, illegal write-off. What kind of support for small businesses can we talk about, even if you simply don’t let us save your money? Yours faithfully, Michael
