The application and the bank itself did not behave very adequately after they transferred 23,000 rubles from their Tinkoff card to their own Sberbank card. They blocked the card, identified them 8 times, forced them to take a photo a couple of times, while one of their hands was broken, and it’s not very convenient to do this by holding the phone in one hand and the passport in the other. Not the point - fulfilled all the conditions, promised to solve within an hour, but alas, something incomprehensible is still happening. Very dissatisfied with the behavior of all employees!

The ATM does not accept banknotes of € 500, does not issue more than € 3000 per day. A rotten bank, all the slightest pluses are blocked by the aggressive policy of the bank and such inconveniences
