We were admitted to the hospital for a planned gynecological operation (due to influenza, 2 days of observation). I went to bed on Friday, December 11, they don’t do surgery on the weekend, there was no examination, everything was postponed to Monday. The hospital, as well as the staff, ranging from cleaning ladies to doctors, left an excellent impression. We cleaned the ward every day, the ward itself has everything you need: shower, wardrobe, refrigerator, dining area. The department has a microwave oven. The food is good, I have no complaints (but those who like to put sugar in tea / coffee and eat a lot of fried food will be tight, because the food is dietary). All are quite responsive, I want to say right away that there are people who are strict in terms of communication, but this, again, does not affect responsiveness. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the doctor Trofimova Lyudmila Aleksandrovna and the head Tsikaridze Georgy Karlovich that I had the operation on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, at my request, they were discharged earlier, since I had an important working meeting in another city. A week has passed and I feel great. For me, the hospital was like a boarding house and a break from the daily routine, I really rebooted. I also want to thank all the medical staff who took part in the operation - these people are professionals in their field.

In the harsh environment of the pandemic, staff try to do their best. At the moment, you have to wait in line for a very long time (2-3 hours) during hospitalization. It is desirable to optimize this process. Many thanks to the doctor Banin Vasily Viktorovich. Very attentive and qualified doctor.

A terrible place with a disgusting attitude towards the sick and their relatives. It is impossible to get through to the help desk, even more so to the surgical department. Under the pretext of covid, doctors refuse to meet with the patient's relatives, although there is a specially allotted time for this, and there is no other way to get information about the state of health. In general, if you took your feet alive, rejoice ... Disgrace, this is a very mild term that can be used to describe what is happening in this institution ...
