How amazed I was when, after receiving the therapist (before the CT scan, at the request of MedSi, I had to visit the therapist and he gives out the referral in paper form), I came 10 minutes before the appointed time to the 2nd floor of the 2nd building where the research is being done and the administrator, taking my paper referral, informs me that I am not registered by the time, but I am on the waiting list, and when the doctor does all the planned examinations he will take me too ... !!! the waiting time will be about 1-1.5 hours !! ! I demanded to explain how this is happening and why I was on the waiting list when I was confirmed by both the insurance and call center of MedSi and my record is reflected in the SmartMed application ... The administrator replied that it was my decision to wait or leave, there is no other option. Dear managers of MedSi, this is not respect for patients, and taking into account that you position this clinic as a VIP segment, this is the height of incompetence and non-client orientation ... You just do not care about patients, their time, their emotions ... !!! I will no longer go to the MedSi clinic on Gruzinsky per. 3 !!!

Doctors you can trust, helpful staff, clean and modern clinic, convenient working hours. It's surprising that the rating is low. The only thing is, it is difficult to get through to the clinic on the main phone.
