The center itself is very, very like. We go on oms and paid to some doctors. There is no difference in the attitude - it is paid, that it is free - the doctors are all very attentive, they will always explain and prompt everything. About the district clinic and do not remember - the sky and the earth. The only negative - the record goes for 2-3 weeks. The administration has very pleasant, polite girls - one day before receiving any doctor, everyone is phoned and reminded of the reception. It is a pity that the center is only up to 3 years old. For almost 2 years, we have become so accustomed to this level of medical institution that I am even afraid to imagine where we will look for doctors with such qualifications that can be trusted as unconditionally.

Very good neurologist Suvorov. An optometrist, a surgeon are also excellent specialists, I don’t remember my last name. They went to the osteopath, it helped.

They are ready to take money for the reception, but they cannot work to fix it! Not missed on the reception of the child. The lack of logic on the part of the reception desk. Were recorded for the first time in the children's department (Planetnaya Street 26) on 04/10/2019 at the reception to the surgeon for the CHI and at the reception to the osteopath for cash (4000 rubles). 04/09/2019 the day before admission, the child began to cough, I called the doctor, the child was listened and examined. No obvious signs of illness not found. There is no temperature, the breath is clear, there is redness in the throat and coughing up. The child got the upper teeth, so suggested that irritation of the mucous can be on this background. The doctor said to observe, allowed to walk and allowed to go to the reception to the osteopath. So, we woke up my daughter on the 10th, measured the temperature, she was cheerful, happy and went to the scheduled reception. We arrived 20 minutes before the first reception, gave all the documents in the window, in return received two sets of pieces of paper to fill out, sat filled while the employee got the cards. Going into the office, my daughter was coughing up, at the end of registration of all documents the girl from the registry will ask me a question: you says the child coughs, why did you bring a sick child? I told that I called the doctor the day before and what he told us. What I snapped back. I suggested that we inspected their pediatrician confirmed or denied the diagnosis of our doctor, but I was told that all pediatricians are busy. After that I continued wait for the completion of the paperwork, and it turns out the girl contacted the head, after which we were allowed to go to the reception, provided that the child is in a bandage. No matter, we took the bandage, our child 2.6, at the sight of the bandage, he immediately tensed, and when we started trying to put it on, the child, of course, refused with tears. We said that we could not put on a bandage, to which we were told that we would not be allowed to receive it, because Premature babies are served in this department! And here ATTENTION, my main complaint !!! If your department is so "important" and you really have such children, then why have you never said that you can not go to the clinic with a cough? Why do you not have appropriate disinfection equipment in the lobby? After all, for weak children are dangerous any bacteria and microbes! Where is YOUR patient care? Why are we, coming to a paid reception for 4000 rubles, waiting for a record month, filling out all the documents and spending 20 minutes, have to go then home? If you are so worried for the exchange of germs, then divide the days of admission. Let on one day all premature babies come, and on other days those who go to paid services come. Or split the entrances, if so everything is serious! THIS IS LOGICAL! And how to get money so you are polite on the phone and call more than once, but how is it that hide yourself with some kind of "phrases". Post an ad at the entrance, which says that everyone who is ill, ill, and so on is NOT available! We'll see how you will then be paid services. I repeat ... I am outraged that my family spent time at this clinic, while we were made out, and in the end they refused! If we were deployed at the entrance, it would have been a different story, and here everything looks like an absurd situation and a girl at the reception desk with a “zavhoz syndrome”, which is not a doctor, but decides who to go on and who doesn't. I think this is not acceptable if you are such a serious clinic.

We go to the center free of charge on Oms and paid to an osteopath, the level of doctors and the friendliness of the staff are higher than the district clinic, and the time for reception is more, I am satisfied
