When talking on February 22, the administrator Natalya informed me that I can arrive on Monday, and the documents will be ready. As a result, when I was on the way to you on the morning of February 25, I called to clarify whether everything was ready - the documents were not ready, the administrator Natalya lied that she notified me that the documents would be ready by 13.00, and accused me of lying. 5. As a result of communication on February 25, when I turned off my path to the clinic and went to work, the administrator Natalya promised to talk to the head doctor by 6 pm about the possibility of sending me documents with a courier with an apology from your clinic, as a result I did not receive a call - neither February 25, nor until today (March 3). 6. During communication on February 22 and 25, administrators Olga (to a lesser extent) and administrator Natalya (to an extreme degree) were rude to me, interrupted when communicating, emotionally gave me an assessment and dropped the phone. Maybe these administrators are no longer professional - if they allow you not to call back to the client and be rude. 7. At my suggestion to stop being a client of your clinic after 16 years, in response to her rudeness and lies, the administrator Natalya said - Great! leave us, we will not be upset (quote) 8. The administrators commented on the amount in the certificates and evaluated the need for these certificates for me. Thus, I will be very pleased to receive a comment from the clinic's management - do you really need old clients, is it possible to get an apology from the administrator of Natalia and the chief accountant - why such a simple question caused such a lot of time and emotions.
