Not the best service. the wait is very long

What should I say about one of the most famous jewelry in the world? Since I've been in their shops in Milan, I would like just to make a small comparison between them, and this is the reason of the 4 stars. This is the unique shop where, in one of my three visits I had to wait more then 5 minutes before someone decided to ask me what I need. All the sellers where "busy" even if I could not understand doing what, since just 2 customers where asking for a help...

The service is excellent. Communication is disgusting. Through the site you see the availability of products, everything is there. You arrive in 10 minutes - not available, and ended long ago. Fortunately, GUM is nearby and there is also a Tiffany store. Remarkably, this is the only store in the chain that has such a flaw. Unpleasant

It's fun to sit in line for diamonds. At first I wanted to be upset, but then I decided to just have fun. By the way, the queue quickly disappeared. And the high service made up for the delay. Tiffany won the competition for my money this time by offering the most beautiful gift to my wife. At the same time, I ran into the next door in Etro to make a present for myself :)
