Came on 18.01 with two questions. On one of them, the manager could not answer. Said to wait 10 minutes for the privilege manager. After 25, she didn't wait for anyone. Managers are outspoken boors with very little knowledge of their business.

In general, everything was always good until I decided to withdraw dollars from the account. Due to the poor exchange rate, I decided to exchange it in another bank, where they returned three bills with stamps to me. I turned to another branch of VTB24 to be exchanged. They said that the bank accepts such notes with a commission of 8%. WHAT?! Money is needed tomorrow, so I had to exchange at a disadvantageous rate in the end. Morality for those who do not often engage in such operations: they took money off, checked all the bills for damage, markings and so on.
