I, so happened, there is a mortgage. I do not know why I was so guilty before heaven, but the fact remains. To begin with, under the terms of this office you are obliged to make security payments. I will explain. I have a mortgage payment on the 10th, but I have to deposit money to the account up to the 24th! For the past month, so that the dirty fetishists from this office would look at my money for 15 days and present the wildest erotic fantasies and admire their coolness and how cleverly they know how to draw up credit agreements and turn people. If the above requirement was not met and you put money on the 26th, 28th, 30th or God forbid, for example, 5th - you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the next payment, while in any credit history it will not go , but it will go straight into the pocket of the very people who admire your money, which lies in this office 15 days before the date of cancellation, and, accordingly, they twist it as much as they can and how they want ... By the way, for 2 years of use I did not have a mortgage loan either because I was not late in paying my monthly payment about and the delay of these security payments, and then suddenly on my review decides to write some sort of zerg and the structure of the garage called "MKB", with the objection that they say read that you sign such rules of the bank. I agree. It is always like this in Russia. Either dance to our tune, or go away ... A sort of legalized bank robbery of the population, who may simply not find the money for 15 !!! days (read half a month) BEFORE the monthly payment ... Situations are different, and office jackals will immediately fly in with their 10% ... But the surprises do not end there, we go further: It so happened that at some point the skies took pity on me or I decided to trick everyone and decided to refinance my “Cloven” mortgage in VTB. We have a family with 2 children and VTB (not advertising) has earned a program to support such families since the end of May and offer a rate of 6% for the whole term of the mortgage, and if you insure life, the rate will be reduced by another -1%, then There is 5% for the term of the mortgage. By the way, in MraKoBesye (MKB) life insurance conditions were mandatory and for that you will not be absolutely nothing, on the contrary, if you do not enter into insurance, then your mortgage rates will grow by 20-30 %% ... So, to go to VTB, a document was required that would show the amount of loan debt. The only free option was to request a payment schedule, both already made (including early payments) and upcoming ones, which would contain information about the remaining debt at the time of the formation of this very schedule ... And what do you think about the result? I came to the bank, got in line, after 30 minutes I sat down at the manager, I asked for this document, I looked at it, and the rest of this schedule differs by more than 400 tr. up (the rest is ~ 2.8 million, in the schedule ~ 3.3) I say: what is it ?! Why does not converge? The manager's answer, although I began to doubt this very much, rather, the “junior press on the buttons” was simply a masterpiece - you had early repayments, so it is not formed correctly and nothing can be done. That is, we are again returning to the motto of this garage office: eat what you give or go ... I say - I need an actual balance. Then the pressor happily reported - then a paid certificate (150 rubles). I ordered this certificate and after receiving it I decided to look into the manager of the "garage". If I'm not mistaken - it was Natalia. I described the situation to her, saying that they shouldn’t do it, they do it more precisely with an error, and if it is necessary without mistakes - pay money. There are no other options. I started to call someone, to portray something, in the end I said that now I couldn’t do anything (the solution of these issues took another 1 hour, well, as a decision, watching the menagerie). Then I say, make me this certificate, for which they took 150 rubles - free. Again the clucking began, as a result of solving the problems NO and WILL NOT BE!

So slow. The most "stupid" of the big banks. Worse than the Sberber. The cashier can safely screw for 30 minutes for lunch and there is no substitute for him. They may give good percentages, but the system is cumbersome, including the system of making deposits and accounts, the interaction of branches (where they opened it - go there and go). The influx of pensioners only exacerbates the situation. If you are a bank customer, do not expect that you will be served faster than non-customers, rather, on the contrary, later, for example, I was served 50 minutes later on Sunday.

Disgustingly long! in summer, in winter, in the morning, in the evening! the operators follow each other like sleepy flies. There is at least 40-50 minutes in the queue! it's not normal at all.
