And they don't even notice you. Do you need to hurry up the bulk with the interest on the deposit? The client needs this, not the bank

In general, I visited this department 3 times, the first two with a difference in a day, to go through two months and all were unsuccessful, at first the program did not work in the office, so it was impossible to open a deposit, and even when it does not work, the last time I just did not wait my turn, I can understand the long wait when there are a lot of clients and few employees, but wait 30 minutes when there are only 2 clicks in the hall if you count it with me too. Navernul it was the last attempt to visit this branch of the bank

Watch out for this bank! The initially declared 10.9% per annum gradually grew to 17%, and a little later at 23%, after which insurance of 63,000 rubles was added ... And all this for a consumer loan of 600 thousand rubles, with the condition of early repayment! And so the staff is polite, well, clean!

I came to pick up the card 10 minutes before the end of the working day. As a result, it turned out that she should provide a complete set of documents. But, their office is no longer working. And after finding out what other documents were needed, it turned out that they would only check the passport for 30 minutes (after the dialogue they agreed on 5, but time was already lost). It is evident that Natalya Ternovay, like her colleagues, really wanted to go home. And here is the client, what to do. When they called and asked to call the department, they said that it would take no more than 5 !!! min Awful bank! Horrible service! Horrible attitude towards customers !!!
