I bought a mercury-free analog thermometer and only when I got home I found that the dark strip always stands at 38.1, no matter what I do, nothing changes when shaking or heating. The next day he came with a check and asked to exchange or return the money. At first, they refused to accept it, because it was bought at a pharmacy, and at the pharmacy, supposedly, nothing can be exchanged or returned. Then they began to convince me that in fact this dark strip is not the same and in fact the strip should be white, however, I held the thermometer for 5 minutes and nothing changed. They refused to give a complaint book, they told me to come whenever there will be either the manager or the same saleswoman who sold me this thermometer (it is not clear why). In the end, I never got anything from them. I called Rospotrebnadzor, but there is standard bureaucracy - all the specialists are busy, we have received your information and we will call you back. I am writing here, I hope at least such reviews will change something in relation to buyers.

a cool pharmacy, at least because very friendly and sympathetic people work in it (opposite is 36.6, so this is heaven and earth)
