Service at zero: coldness, irritability in almost all employees. Incompetence: I’m talking about young staff, because I heard the categorical erroneous statements more than once. Paradox, but to hang a garland for the holiday is more important than the queue of visitors. Is it possible to decorate the hall at the expense of the client's time! The last straw was the purchase of strips for the nose and forehead to clean the skin. Unfortunately, the box opened at home, to the surprise, nothing was in it. Uncritically, not medicine, but unpleasant. Now everywhere I check the availability of tablets and other means in packages. We, the buyers, pay money, so we have the right to be served at the proper level. I wanted this pharmacy to justify the name "Pharmacy Stolichki." Information for consideration for the administration, I think, will be useful.
