I respond to the indignation that students are working. 1 - students are employed under an employment contract, students have nursing certificates and are entitled to work in this position. Moreover, students are almost doctors and believe me, they know enough about treating patients to work as nurses. 2 - students, along with non-students, are responsible for everything that happens in the clinic, because are full-fledged employees. 3 - students work under the strict supervision of experienced specialists, and do not just come here alone, because they want to. 4 - No need to slander the clinic, because it works great given the fact that it was abruptly opened due to the large number of patients. All are treated equally everywhere, based on the latest clinical guidelines. And if you have bad veins, then excuse me, but a sister with 10 years of experience may also not hit the first time.

In September 2020, my grandfather had spine surgery! Excellent clinic, everything is at the highest level! It has all the conditions for a comfortable stay for patients! The clinic is equipped with modern equipment, the wards are comfortable! I would like to express my deep gratitude to Nikitin A.S. and Izotkin D.S., as well as all the medical staff of the neurosurgery department, for their professionalism, attentiveness, responsiveness, and most importantly for their human attitude towards people! We brought my grandfather lying down, because of the pain he could neither stand nor sit, and thanks to the above specialists, he got to his feet and can move by himself! You are doctors from God !!! Recently, a covid center was made from the center, where my relatives ended up. Incomprehensible treatment, there is no information about the state of health, assistance is not provided in full, on weekends students are on duty, who naturally, due to the fact that they are students, do not bear any responsibility. And if something happens to the patients, who will be responsible ??? Why such a negligent attitude towards people ???? And then there will be information that people did not apply in time ?? A huge request, pay attention to patients, your relatives may one day be on the same beds !!!! I reserve the right to write an appropriate review to Roszdrav and Rospotrebnadzor. Take action !!!!

She was in the department of otorhinolaryngology. I was struck by the business rhythm of the clinic. Thanks to the surgeon Maxim Nikolaevich Potemkin for the excellent treatment. This is a person who is passionate about his work. Thanks to the attentive nurses and nurses! The wards have comfortable beds and bedside tables, it was comfortable. The food is quite edible, even tasty, the only thing that is most often brought is already a little warm. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that kitchen workers wash the dishes by hand, although now there is such a variety of washing machines. As for the medical equipment, everything is at the highest level. Once again, please accept my thanks for the treatment.
